I have just installed TM1 Server version 10.2.2. But I cannot connect to the new server with Perspectives or Architect on remote machines; however, Architect installed on the server does connect. I have updated the admin host on the remote machines accordingly, but it still doesn't see the new server. The remote clients are running 9.5.2 FP3 and there are no client version minimum and maximum parameters set on the new server.
Does anyone have any ideas? I'm sure it's something simple.

Re: Perspectives can't connect after 10.2.2 upgrade
If you can connect from the machine itself but not over the network; it sounds likely to be a firewall issue etc.
You can quickly test this by just turning the firewall of temporarily and then if that does work; put it back on and open up the relevant ports.

Thank you very much Declan. Leaving the firewall turned on, all I had to do was to allow inbound connections within the domain. I knew it was something simple.
