TM1 App Web 10.2.2: error creating application

Hello all,

I have an issue creating a new application: the administration button becomes inactive and the application is not visible:

1. When there is not any application in TM1 App Web, the admin button is active:

2. If I create an application (central in this case), the admin button becomes inactive and the application is not visible:

3. I can manually enter the admin site: http://localhost:9510/pmpsvc/sysadmin.jsp
It says that the application is created and inactive.

The user is admin on both servers. The password is empty on both servers.

UPD: The only issue is that the application is not visible in TM1 App Web.
The application itself works well: I can activate it using "app_maintenance.bat -serviceurl localhost:9510/pmpsvc -username admin -op activate -app {6eceef4f-066f-4955-982e-20b06dbed177}" and I can enter it using the URL "http://localhost:9510/pmpsvc/pmpjs/work ... b06dbed177}"

I noticed no namespace....

Are your TM1 servers which contain the cubes for the Applications running in one state 1? That may be an issue if it is.

Yes, the ISM = 1 on all servers

P.S. the issue seems to be solve deleting everything in folders:
C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\tm1_64\tomcat\work\Catalina\localhost\tm1web
C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\tm1_64\tomcat\work\Catalina\localhost\pmhub
C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\tm1_64\tomcat\work\Catalina\localhost\pmpsvc

Ah yes, some old files relating to App Web may hang around when the actual models have been deleted.

Best to delete them.
