One of our offshore users is accessing TM1 via Citrix. When she tries to download an Excel report from the Applications folder she gets an error "File or Path Not Found". Anyone know what this is and how to resolve it?
Cheers,
Martin

Re: File or Path Not Found
I can't test this on Citrix at the moment, but it looks like when an application file is downloaded it goes to the path defined by the environment variable %Temp%. (You can find what this path is defined as by entering it in some incarnation of Windows Explorer, including the File Open or File Save As dialogs in Excel.) I'd be looking to see that the path is valid and that the user has permissions to it.Martin Ryan wrote:One of our offshore users is accessing TM1 via Citrix.
