Hi,
We are using a service account for TM1 process and chores to run. Recently one of our business users reported the chores that configured to extract BW data into TM1 was not executed and it was due to TM1 service account lock.
Please find attached the log details from SAP and it says only Incorrect Logon Lock. I google it for this error and got some idea. But still I need your help to understand this error clearly.

This is a SAP error. The best place to find an answer would be SAP knowledge base or SAP message board. I assume you've tried one of those?
