TM1 Cube Link Failes to Validate with Custom Rule Error

Hi TM1 Experts,

When i try to create a TM1 Cube Link , it throws a validation error saying Custom Rule Must Exist .
This is happening very recently , iam not sure if there was any setting changes .I am able to create the Cube Link in another Data Server but in this particular server where most of my development exists is not working.

Request for you valuable suggestions to resolve the issue.
