Problem with 'non-stop' installing of Cognos Insight

Hi there.

I have strange problem.
Every time i click on some node in application and i'm trying it open in cognos Insight, is start's installing cognos insight. After install is over, cognos insight doesn't open..

I think i allready have this problem, but i can't rember what was it.

Any idea?
