Hi,
I have 2 environments on 2 separate servers, they both have TM1 10.2.2. They run the same data folder.
When I run tm1web on the 2 environment, one of the 2 seems to work perfectly on Chrome but not in Explorer 10. the other one is fine.
The error that I get is that it seems that the excel sheets lose all the formatting, all the buttons, everything.
I tried both newly published and old converted pages and I got the same result.
Any idea what can it be?
tm1web 10.2.2 and IE 10

Just sounds like permissions.
You used to get this with the old IIS web when users didn't get permissions to the Webex folder; I can't remember off the top of my head what the equivalent permissions are nowadays but I'd assume its the same sort of thing.

Re: tm1web 10.2.2 and IE 10
update:
we restarted IIS and tried with 3 different users.
from the server in localhost it work pristine for everyone.
In local on the pcs
1 work perfectly
1 doesn't work but tm1web in the top right corner says welcome:ad/user
1 doesn't work at all
the explorer rights are locked and the same for all the users
same for the ie version.
Logging with the users profile on another computer the result is not changing

I don't, but I had no thoughts and having also 10.1 servers I tried that too.declanr wrote:Why are you using IIS with Web in 10.2+?stingo wrote:update:

I restarted it while restarting the application server and the TM1 instance.
The point is that at this stage I am considering everything..
