Hello,
I have a strange issue in TM1WEB 10.2.2 FP1
I have a Worksheet wich contains just 2 SUBNM and a couple of Actionbuttons to call a process to build Subsets and than call another worksheet. That works for the admin. But if a user press the button he gets the message that the worksheet could not be opened. The file does not exist. But in the navigationtree he sees the File and he could open it manually. So why isn't he able to open it via Application-Sheet?
Best regards,
T. Wilhelmi

Re: TM1WEB File not found
Does the user have read access to the process that is executed upon clicking the action button?

Sounds to me like your action button is not configured properly. Can you post screenshots of each tab in the action button setup?

Of course. But I forgot to mention that it works if the user works via Excel.

Re: TM1WEB File not found
The error message that is returned is the one that you usually get if the user has no security rights to the application entry or it has been deleted and doesn't exist.
TM1 web is really not good or well tested when it comes to non-english settings. Have you tried changing the names to Uebersicht?

Re: TM1WEB File not found
Hi, sorry to come back late but I was out of Office on Friday.
I tested to Change the names to "Uebersicht". But I found the reason.
The reference "Server" for the Name of the TM1-Server is a calculated cell. And that seems not to work correctly in TM1Web. I changed it to hardcoded and it works.
I'll have to examine a bit more in what cases it works and what not because I have a couple of Sheets where I have no Problems with it
