TM1 reference data from an other cube

Hello All,

I am a newbie to TM1 and have been tasked to develop a resource planning model.
I need help in resolving one problem.

My reporting cube reports on project and number of resources by month for 24 months - past 6 months and next 18 months

I have a reference cube which has the following dimension
reference project name , profile size, and no of resources by month for 12 months- for 8 months before the project and 3 months after the project.

I get roadmap with planned/committed projects every month . planner can go and choose a reference project, profile size and a project go live date. once the planner chooses these three dimension how do i pull the no of resources from the reference project cube that i mentioned above - based on the project go live date. I need to calculate the months based on the project go live and put it in the approrpriate months.
