location of tm1s-log.properties

According previous discussion, we can set the timestamp from 'GMT' to 'LOCAL' in tm1s-log.properties, but I can not find the original tm1s-log.properties file in the folder of my TM1 server.

If I create a new file for it, where should I put it? and how can I let tm1 server knows the file's location?

Have you tried to put in the data directory?

Not yet.

Be curious there is no need to indicate it to server if it's under data folder?

I wish to put all config file above data folder, for easy maintainence if possible.

Put it in the same location as tm1s.cfg.
