Can anybody help me resolve this problem. Any clues or ideas appreciated

Thanks a lot in advance.

This is happening to us as well.
I have noticed that after exactly 45 min, it times out even while working. This is a new development and did not have in the past. This is not the code, but something on the web servers I guess.

We have this setting on the config file.
ClientPingCAMPassport=2700

Can anyone help?

Paul.

I have set it for 43200, which is 12 hours coz our BI server set the timeout period for 24 hours. It is OK now at least during working hours for a general user so far.
