Tm1 Insight 10.2.2 Annotation

I would like to know if there's a way to disable cell level annotation in TM1 Inisght connected.
If is not, is there a process user can execute to delete annotations?

For each cube there gets created a }CellAnnotations_<cube> which holds a couple of string fields for JSON format of cell address of comment, concatenated string of comments, userID and date time stamp. You could just do ViewZeroOut or CubeClearData on this control cube or even delete the cube (it gets automatically created when a user first inserts a cell comment).

But no I don't think you can disable the ability to do commentary. It's a built in feature that applies to Cognos Insight, TM1 Applications and CAFE interfaces.
