We are facing a peculiar issue with a client. We have an approval application. Which needed some changes, whenever we tried to deploy the application with the changes we got the ti process failed error. We tried restarting the application server(as we usually did to tackle this issue when deploying tm1 apps). But it didn't deploy. After raising the same issue to IBM, they suggested to delete and reimport the same app. We did this, and the app got deployed but issue arised when end users were not able to see data in the insight. Interestingly, the control dimension has two elements ver1 and ver2, the users are able to see all the data in ver1 but not in ver2.
Anyone knows what is the issue?
