TI Process in Action Button

Hello All

I created new TI process for users which i want to include on websheet. I did it in UAT environment and it works normal. In Production environment, when i am opening the advanced option to select TI process, the new process is not appearing over there. Except new process all processes are there.

Security Access is enabled.

What could be the issue? any idea

There's so many possible reason for this. You've not given us great deal to go off. My guess is that you have different security group settings on the 2 servers. Is the process setup to change security for anything? Are you using CAM? Come to think of it what version are you doing this in??

Both environment are same. It is working now. I just disconnect from myself from server and reconnect it.
