Dimension->All doesnt pick up changes

Hello,
I made some changes to my dimension structure. I deleted some elements in the Expenses consolidation. But when I open it up again,ie. GL Account->All, I dont see the changes.Only when I click the - and then + next to the Expenses consolidation do I finally see the changes.Have I dont something wrong?

the "all" button isn't quite "all"; If an element exists in more than one hierarchy it will only show it in one of them. What it's doing is showing one instance of every unique element in the dimension, but not "all" elements. The way i get around it is by selecting the top level element and using "expands all elements" instead.

My take is that it shows all _elements_ and all hierarchies but not every hierarchy for every element.
