Move Server Express Planner from computer 1 to computer 2

Hi all,

I using cognos Express Planner 10.2.1. I build model retail in cognos Express Planner (TM1 application) on computer 1 with Username: Administrator and pass :111.
I am config file tm1s.exe and chosen integratedSecurityMode = 5.

But when i move server Retail from Coputer 1 to computer 2. Computer 2 have install cognos Express 10.2.1 with username admin and pass: abc.
I am upload server Retail in Express Planner at computer 2. But i can't login system express Planner .

First of all CX licencing doesn't allow for multiple services, so doing this breaks your licence agreement with IBM.

As to the actual issue though all it is saying is that the user you logged in with "Admin" does not have a user account in the "RetailBSD" service. Now that you have added it you can log out, then log back in as "Administrator" and it will let you in to that one but not the other 2.

In TM1 it is recommended that Admin accounts are common across services so that you can log into all of them from the portal. This is irrelevant with CX though since the use of multiple is not covered by the licence, unless you had 3 separate CX servers and licences but then you may as well just use each of the portals for it's own respective service.
