Hi


This is regarding issue with TM1webupload it is third party application developed in the .net
all the user upload the excel files with using webupload application to update the data in the cubes

Now the webupload application is unstable and users can upload the files but the data is not updating in the cubes, after restarting the TM1 services it is working but again occuring the issue after some time .

Could you please advice here to resolve the issue

Good luck - I think that's pretty much everything that this community is able to do for you.

You should talk to 3rd party application developers. They are the only ones who can help you.

Unfortunaltly there is no Third party support the application devloped at years ago and it is supporting by TM1 and there is no any issue with that applcaion.

I'm confident that you can come up with a solution that remains within TM1:
exporting data to text files (like CSV files) and import them through TI.
Much more stable, and supported by IBM.
