Hi,
We've installed Tm1 web 10.2 on a separate server to the TM1 server.
The url on the webserver brings back the Tm1 web login using:
http://localhost:9510/tm1web/ or replacing the localhost with the webserverID.
So all is fine on the webserver, however on the client side, we can't see TM1 web using the http://webserverID:9510/tm1web/
This is what we're getting- Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
Does anyone know if the port 9510 needs to be opened on the webserver for this to work or does the setting in the config file need to reference the web server?
Thanks very much,
Fionnuala

Have you tested if the port is listening?

you definitely need to open the 9510 port on the webserver assuming your firewall is preventing any inbound/outbound connections not allowed in your firewall rules

Hi,
Yes, culprit was port 9510. It worked fine after it was opened.
Thanks!
