Hi Gurus,
I have an issue setting up users access to contributor applications. Users are able to login to perspectives and not into pmpsvc.
I have cognos groups mapped to AD groups. And users don't get authentication into contributor. But when I add the users to the BI groups, users get authentication.
Secondly, users get authentication, but don't see applications. What did I miss?
Our install Version - TM1-10.2.2. Cognos-10.1; Windows 2008-R2
Thanks in advance.
Paul.

Re: User access to contributor
You may have done this already but I would suggest to check to see your have the required ports open in your firewall. And check whether or not the users have the necessary security access to the applications.
I assume you have an admin account or even a test account, so confirm that everything is working for you first from a user perspective.

Thanks for the reply.
For an admin account, everything works fine. For a user, where do I look for application privileges?

Re: User access to contributor
I am going to assume this is a TM1 application? If so then you can manage/view security access either from Architect or in Performance Modeler.
