TM1 Process not loading specific line for SQL query

I have a TM1 process that zeros out a specific month and then reloads the month from the results of a called SQL. One specific line is not being loaded into TM1. I checked the output of the SQL and the line is there. There is no error log of the process. I also checked all the security elements for the dimensions and the admin security element is set to "Admin". The rest are set to "write". Tm1 gives me no indication that this line was not loaded. Is there any type of log or audit trail that shows that the data was loaded in the cube? I can do a DBSW and the data is there. But when the process zeros out the cube, and reloads the data, my data for that specific line is not there. I looked at the SQL output as a text file and see no issues like Tabs or any other special characters. Any ideas?

Stupid me!! I found that the line was being loaded into another element by a rule. That element was an orphan and outside of the rollup for that dimension.
