I'm using Cognos Express 10 with FP 1 with Active directory authentication and single sign on.
It's working fine but I have an intermittent issue logging into CE. Most of the time SSO works and passes the user straight through.
All they need to do is select the CXMD TM1 server.
But every now and then the user gets an error message N6) Client not registered they then can't log in.
I have checked and they are not logged in tm1 top or on citrix
I haven't be able to track down exactly the steps that is causing this but it is happening for a number of my users, But not every time they log in.

And as IBM suggest
.choosing "Logon As..." works fine
But the PMR recommends upgrading to in 9.5.1.. I'm already on the equivalent of TM1 10.1.
Anyone else got this issue?
I'm going to try changing the ClientPingCAMPassport to 110 in the tm1s.cfg file.
