Cognos 10.2.1 Express TM1 Portlets - IBM Cognos TM1 Viewers‬

After instaling cognos 10.2.1 Express i can't find TM1 Portlets - IBM Cognos TM1 Viewers‬ - in connection.
I wan't to add TM1 Cube viewer, And tm1 WebSheet Viever to cognos portal(connection), and i cant find controls for this.
In 10.1 it works.

Please help.
