I need to create a reporting using the country of risk level. But when I try to use that level I get an error.

I need some help with regards to creating cognos report.
I need to create a reporting using the country of risk level. But when I try to use that level I get an error.
When I try to use the region of risk level, I don't get such error.
I check the cube & dimension security and everything, its only when I use this (country of risk )dimension level that i get this error. Hope somebody can help me out. Thanks in Advance.

You can get issues if you have manually names a level that conflicts with an element or dimension name etc. Does one of your levels have the same name as an element from the dimension?
To just rule this out (or confirm it) just quickly go back and set all your level names to "Level1", "Level2" etc and then see if you still get the error.

My Level doesn't have a matching name with my elements, I changed the name to levels and I still seem to get an error. I don't have a problem using the 2nd level but when I use the lowest level i get this problem.
