Performance Issues TM1Web 10.2.2
Hello all,
We have recently upgraded TM1 from 10.1.1 to TM 10.2.2 and we are experiencing severe performance issues in TM1Web (which is ironic as performance increase in calculations was one of the main reasons for the upgrade).
We followed recommended steps when uninstalling 10.1.1/installing 10.2.2.
We have also upgrade IE from 8 to 9.
I'm not really sure what more information to provide, so please ask away and I will provide all information requested.
I would provide examples of what exactly is performing slowly, but it is really everything (loading log in page, loading websheets, opening pick lists, entering values, etc etc)
Thank you in advance!
Carl

No, it seems the issues are isolated to online viewing (TM1Web). Perspectives and Architect is working well.

In case the web is slow with scrolling you may need to increase the default row/columns that are rendered.
Check the tm1 web configuration and look for following parameters:

Is TM1Web running poorly if you try it on the server via RDP or just on end-user's workstation?

Thank you for the reference. In this case it is not only related to scrolling I'm afraid...pandinus wrote:In case the web is slow with scrolling you may need to increase the default row/columns that are rendered.
Check the tm1 web configuration and look for following parameters:See the following page on IBM: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/cx/v1 ... 50d60.html
- CubeViewerRowPageSize

We have tried both through RDP and also on the client's workstation, with the same results.tm1_bloke wrote:Is TM1Web running poorly if you try it on the server via RDP or just on end-user's workstation?
Of course, it is subjective what is "bad performance", as everything works but not as quickly as before. This also makes troubleshooting very complicated.
Thank you guys for the feedback so far!

Just some more information for reference: It is the rendering of TM1Web that is slow, not actual calculations in Architect. We have noticed significant improvements in rules and feeders after the upgrade.

Hi Carl
Have you found any resolution to the TM1 websheet performance issue in TM1 10.2.2 ? I am also running into the same issue with the upgrade.
Thanks
