TM1 Contributor 9.5.1 getting HTTP Error 503

Hi My dear TM1 colleagues,

I'm getting the attached error when trying to open a port in the TM1 application.
The following steps are performed before we end up at the error page.


User logs into Cognos 10.2 where the TM1 contributor link is made available.
User when clicks on the TM1 links connects to TM1 application using access manager.
The contributor application when tries to load failing with the attached error.
Any assistance is much appreciated.
