[TM1 10.2.2] Username encoding problem

Hello colleagues!

Need your advice. We've configured TM1 to use BI security. Authentication type is ActiveDirectory.
So now we have a problem with username encoding:
At Cognos Connection portal everything is ok. Username is written in russian cyrillic.

At TM1 Applications portal username is incorrect. This is the name which is not converted from Unicode to UTF-8.

How could we solve this issue? Any suggestions?
