I just did a new install and it was working fine but the next day when i open IBM Cognos Configuration i get the following pop up error message: "CAM-CRP-1057 Unable to generate the machine specific symmetric key. reason: java.security.NoSuchProviderException: No such provider: IBMJCE" and when i press ok the window just closes.
The admin servers are running but i can't start the application server from the services windows
any ideas???
