Drilldown in contributor?

Hello All

I have created drilldown from SQL database to TM1. It is working good except the scroll down in the contributor.

When I am doing drill down in architect than it opens small window through relational database and i can easily access scroll down option to see all transactions.

When i am opening the same in the contributor than also it open the new tab including transaction information from database but i couldn't able to scroll down in that. Suppose we have 200 transactions on "A" Element than new tab consist approximately 100 transactions and we can not scroll down to see another 100 transaction.

Could any one know how to enable this option or how does it play around?

How are you trying to do this in contributor? Have you brought a web view in as an input template? Have you tested it in TM1 Web? I take it you're still using 9.5.2?

we r using 10.2 and we did it from relational database. We are not using the view to do drill down.

I simply wrote a process for drill down in TI. It is working good in the architect but in the contributor when it opens, no one able to scroll down the new drill down tab.
Do you have any idea on this?

If you're not using a view how are you trying to test the drill down in contributor?

Hi Jim

I have P&L cube and i have created view of it called forecast P&L. I create a drill process on this cube through SQL queries and also by writing drill rules.

We can create the drill by two ways:

1) Either from Database

2) Or from cube view

I have done through database and it is being accessed in the the p&l cube. I have assigned p&l cube view in the contributor so user can right click on the given cell and utilize the functionality of drill down. Drill Down works good except couldn't able to scroll down the screen (full page containing all transaction for that intersection).

I am able to retrieve the result of drill down perfectly in both TM1 Perspective and in TM1 Architect. So basically my drill down works perfectly fine here. In contributor only, i am facing the difficulties to see all transaction. One more thing, when i export that in to the excel than i am able to see all the transactions.

Do you have any idea on this?

I have seen issues in both web and applications web with 10.2 where I can open up a page scroll up scroll down scroll sideways and I can see everything I'd expect to see... then all of a sudden i scroll in the other direction and it decides that the end of my page is a few rows/columns earlier that it was seconds before. So my issue hasn't been with the drill process side of things but I have certainly found one of the bugs in 10.2 web based stuff is around the generic way it decides where page boundaries should be.

What Fixpack/Interim pack are you on? I am still seeing it with FP1 but haven't checked in the most recent Interim yet.

I m using face pack 1. I even did not see any option for scroll down, once i opened in the contributor. I am getting scroll down option in the architect.
