Have you checked their security access to the cube itself?

Excel is not the place to be doing this kind of check, Server Explorer is. If you are logged in with the same access as them and can't see the cube, there's your answer. If you can see the cube and open it up and you can't find the same combination of elements as you have in Excel, then you've got an issue with the element level security on one or more of the dimensions.

If you can find that combination of elements but still can't see any values then for some bizarre reason maybe you've enabled cell level security.

Whatever the cause is, you'll find it a lot faster by drilling into it in Server Explorer / Cube Viewer than you will by just looking at the spreadsheet.

I use excel with a process, I only read data in cube.
several time, Admin and user can't see data in Excel, whether caused by system ?
Thanks !

I appreciate that English isn't your first language but it doesn't help that you ask one question, get an answer and then describe something completely different to what you described at first.

So which is it? Can you, as Admin, see this data or not? Because if you can't then either you are looking in the wrong place or it isn't there.
