Performance modeler - create new version budgeting app

I have question:
I've build budgeting app in performance modeler.
Problem is that:
F. ex. i commited budget in 2013 on top level.
Now i want tu create new budget in 2014 how do it?
I must build new planing app, or what?

You can just reset the application from the applications portal.

But whether you can use it for another year is of course just dependent on your cube structure e.g. how do your time and scenario/versions dims fit into the model.

Yes, i know that i can reset.
But i want to have hier like this Director - Controller - Person1, Person2, Person3

In cube i have dim year, after i commited 2013 in director level, i wan't to put data into 2014 year, but 2013 should be still commited(user shouldn't change data)

What's best solution?
