Cognos Planning Contributor vs Windows 7

Hi

Is anybody running Cognos Planning 8.3 contributor in Windows 7. I would like to hear if it is working properly for you. I have been testing this for a couple of months now and not getting very far. I can get an install to work in Windows 7 on Virtual Machines but when i replicate the same process on a physical desktop or laptop it opens a blank contributor page. Has anybody been facing similar issues and can you help please?
