CX10.2.1 and Windows 2012 Server Compatibity ?

Hi there,

I Installed Cognos Express 10.2.1 with Windows 2012 Server and IE10.

I can install the different modules. But if I click on the Welcome page button to install the Xcelerator Client, a new blank web page opens up but nothing appears, same issue if I click on Cognos Connection or Cognos Administration.

Any Idea ?

What happens if you access the web address from a client machine?

I've had issues with comparability view with Windows Server 2012, try turning it on.

I don't use client machine this is for a VMware demo
I tried to activate IE Compatibility mode but always the same issue.

Have you tried by passing the welcome page? i.e browsing directly to TM1 web or the Applications portal

No RSK I did not try, finally I installed 10.2.1 with Windows 2008 R2, it works except that I can't find the damn tm1p.xla... after the Xcelerator client install...
