If it's so urgent that you need to post the same question into two separate threads then perhaps it's time to call IBM Support. You are a licensed user of the software aren't you? They have a level of service they promise to provide since you are paying for it. This board is a loose conglomeration of TM1 users around the globe. We don't get paid to answer your questions and I doubt if anyone really cares a whole lot how urgent your issue is to you.

I don't think it's quite the case that nobody could care less, though it's fair to say that making follow up posts within a couple of hours comes across as a bit demanding given that any answers that are forthcoming come from people's own time, and isn't likely to win you friends. If anyone had an answer for you you'd probably have already had it. Note that answers weren't exactly flooding in to the previous posters in the original thread that you posted to either. And it's not that nobody coulfd be bothered.

It's worth bearing in mind a couple of things. First, there are going to be a lot of users still on a 9.x version simply because the 10.x series doesn't have any "game-changing, must-have" features and upgrading versions is not the simple "run the installer and pray that everything still works" process that IBM makes it out to be. (As those who upgraded to 10.2 Web learnt to their cost.) Those users won't use TM1 Applications (as they are in 10.x) at all.

Second, a lot of more experienced users regard TM1 Applications, in their present state, as sales presentation fodder which are of limited real world value. My own excoriating views about Performance Muddler and Infight are well documented. There are doubtless exceptions, but I'd suggest few are falling over themselves to deploy Applications. (No, the Java applications, not the applications folders.) Consequently the depth of the knowledge level across the user base isn't yet what it will be when or if the Applications actually add some value to anyone other than IBM salespeople.

That being the case, you really should be taking it straight to IBM support; the gods know that you pay enough for it. Applications are their mess, they should be cleaning it up.

Just a thought, did you run Tm1 configuration using admin access?

Hi every one,

I found the solution, i did the following steps:

rename the files ( sck; encryptkeypair ; signkeypair) in the <path_of_installation_of_cognos\ibm\cognos\tm1\configuration>

Delete the JAVA_HOME_Variable From (Start -> Panel of configuration -> System -> Advenced system setting -> Environnement Variable)

Reopen TM1 Config and restard all instances.

Thanks
