Win 7 64 bit
Excel 2010
Insight 10.2.1
Today i was testing the 'Get Data' option in Insight. I connected to a relational database and used the query builder in attempts to open a table. When i clicked the refresh button to view the data in the table to see the general format i received the attached error. Any ideas why this error might be appearing and any ideas for a solution?

Have a look in
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Programs\IBM
For a Cognos Insight folder and look for cognosinsight.ini.
Look for the -XMx setting
I believe it is 1.5gig. You might want to try increasing this.
