could not run application by cognos Insight

Hi all, i using cognos TM1 version 10.2 and cognos Insight 10.2.1. I created application and deploy successful . When i run application by cognos insight distributed or cognos insight connect, I get the message as shown below. Then i click Okie and back old message. I could not run application by cognos Insight. How do it ???
