Budget Application Reopen

Hello Dears ,

i have a budgeting model with version dimension , say {'B2011','A2011',B2012','A2011'} , and Users dimension , Say {'UserA','UserB','UserC'} and UserA Consolidate UserB and User B Consolidate UserC , and i have created an application for it .

when the Users work in the application in Version B2011 with the Users approval dimension, and UserA submits to UserB and then UserB submits to UserC and then UserC (the highst node) submit the data ... then the dimension will be locked for the all version !

how can i make the users be able to make changes again but in the same applications in the rest of the versions ?

If C is the top most in the hierarchy, then C should not have the option to submit. C should be the Reviewer and not Contributor. Reviewer's job is to approve or reject the work did by the lower level hierarchies. Hence provide Review option for C. I hope this should solve your problem.
