Oracle ODBC issues Windows Server 08 R2 and 11g ODBC

Ive tried every combination of fixes I can think of but we are still having issues with our connection to Oracle.

Essentially what happens is we run a TI and sometime later you go back to run the TI again or any TI that uses the Oracle ODBC connection and it starts saying unable to to connect to datasource.

Has anyone else seen this behavior with Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 and Oracle 11g ODBC?

Weve tried all 3 TM1.CFG settings and the closing cursors option in the ODBC and not matter what we do the connection just seems to die eventually. We have to restart the service to get it back.
