Problem Connecting Tm1 Application remotly using real ip

Hello Dears,

i created tm1 module in the architect and i created some applications for it in the performance modouler and i can access the applications in my local machine successfully using the url(http://myip:9510/pmpsvc) and i can also access the tm1web (http://myip/tm1web)

the problem is that when i want to access the same applications link from any remote pc it is not working , however , the tm1web link is working remotlly very well.

how can fix it ?
