Please provide your inputs.

From the Request For Assistance Guidelines which you have been pointed to a few times now:
3) Try to make the question as specific as possible. A general question like "How do I write a rule?" is difficult to answer without copying out the whole of the user manual. A question like "I have a payroll cube which contains the following dimensions {details} and a general ledger cube which contains the following dimensions {details}, and although I've read through the Rules Guide I'm still not sure how to write a rule to give me average sales per employee" is far more likely to get the answer your need.
Trust me, that reply is a lot more gentle and subtle than the one that you would have received had you not deleted the one about "Please let me know the details of setting user level access to see specific set of data in TM1 application" that you posted half an hour ago; had you left that one up I can imagine the response that you would have received, especially from one quarter.

The most likely reason that you haven't received a reply to this thread (aside from the fact that you either haven't read or seem to be ignoring the RFA Guidelines and seem reluctant to take proper training in the product) is that I'm not sure that anyone can understand exactly what it is that you're asking for.
"To them, equipment failure is terrifying. To me, it’s 'Tuesday.' "

Alan,

You have way too much patience...

It sounds like you are just getting started with TM1 and we all welcome that. However, I suggest you get started on reading more about TM1 before using the forums to educate you. Here is a great book to get started with: http://www.amazon.com/IBM-Cognos-TM1-Of ... 0071765697

After you go through this, I would suspect your questions would be answered.

As others have already pointed out, read the manuals. Specifically, the TM1 User Guide and Chapter 6 - Using Data Spreading.
