Approval hierarchy in the source view should not be unmapped

I was trying to publish this Cognos Insight file to TM1 portal but I'm getting this error and I can't figure out why. I check the views there and made sure the views are using the approval hierarchy.

Just a question to you - do you really expect answers from volunteering people, if you neglect to reply in your earlier topics?
