I'm logging to TM1 through my desktop using Xcelerator client version 9.5. When log-in to TM1 and try to print I get the following error
Unable to connect the printer. Can any one be able to help with this error?

If you are using Xcelerator client then surely the printing is controlled by your desktop settings and is independent of TM1?
