Error 501: The MDX query submitted to TM1 server failed duri

I have done security set up in Non prod ,when two user are trying to test the security in Cognos report studio one is getting the error Error 501: The MDX query submitted to TM1 server failed during execution" while other user could login successfully.The documentation says it could be due to dimension name and element having the same name,I have checked it.It is not the case.Why one user could log in successfully and other not.Please help.Thanks

I have finally resolved it,the error was misleading,actually two dimensions had "None" access and i gave them read access.It is working for other user also.Thanks
