TM1 Error :"Could not load Object"

Hi All

Wonder if someone could help....

A couple of users are experiencing the error "Could not load an object because it is not available on this machine" when the add-in is loading. I believe this is a result of a recent windows update. I have removed a couple of .Exd files as described in another post of a similar nature, but no joy. Has anyone else experienced this error?

We are currently running version 9 SP3.
