I'm not sure where you would get a TM1 demo without being an IBM partner or something like that.
IBM did put Cognos Express (Small Medium business edition of TM1) on the cloud and you could use that for a while.
But it's an old version V9.0 (latest is 10.1) http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/downl ... index.html
You can download a personal edition of Cognos Insight from https://www.analyticszone.com. Not really demo so check the licensing agreement for personal edition

1. If you want demo material for Cognos Insight - goto http://www.analyticszone.com and you can download lots of demonstration materials.
2. If you need to see a full end-to-end distributed TM1/Cognos Insight demo - then reach out to the many partners worldwide and they can certainly help you make this happen.
