Is this for a websheet?
Set your page orientation to landscape and adjust the page setup to fit the columns to a page.

Amit this is a pretty basic question. What have you tried?
PDF generation in TM1 Web is via printing the excel sheet to PDF. Look in the Excel page setup options and you will find your answer.
