*.log$ - locked TI error log file

Hi Everyone,

'been getting "TM1ProcessError_20130225013048_SAP Maintain Account.log$" type of files of 0 bytes from running a chore which "cannot be accessed because it is being used by another process" on ver 10.1.1
does anyone have any ideas why these files are created? the process when I run it separately runs perfectly and no $log files!

also have been getting in the tm1s___.log files :-
#"","20130224153723","CubeSerialized: }ClientGroups: by R*Security User Update"
that i haven't found any info on like the '#""' and "CubeSerialized"
