TM1 Websheet Export Error

Hi,
Its getting very tricky with Websheets.
When I try to export the websheets with a Consolidated element in my row it works perfectly fine.
But when I expand the consolidated elements and try running export to excel it gives "Operation failed " error.
I have a active form in my report. I tried redeveloping the report but I am getting this error.
Can anybody please suggest if I am trying something wrong?

You might want to give us more information. Version of TM1 / Excel? Screen shots of the report / what is happening. Please read the request for assistance guidelines. Following the guideline will help us understand your issue and lead to a quicker answer.

Hi,
I am using TM1 9.5.2 with Excel 2003.
It is simple active form report where I am using a MDX (DRILLDOWNMEMBER) for my row.
My export works fine consolidated node. But as soon as I drill to lowest level I am not able to export. It throws Operation failed error.
