In a standard 10.1 install it's in %ProgramFiles%\ibm\cognos\tm1\bin, but I don't know about Cognos Express. If you can't find it in the equivalent in CX (remember to search hidden and system files and folders as well to be safe) I'd suggest contacting IBM support; it's not impossible that they've forgotten to bundle it in the CX install package. (I can't imagine why it wouldn't come with CX...)

I think it was mentioned quite recently in a thread that for whatever reason known only to IBM licensing bureaucrats that RunTI is not included in CX and not licensed for CX.

Wow friends , this is so strange so as viewing a link which Alan referred me (http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.w ... wg27023379) , In a CX guide this command is mentioned. Exactly, Turbo integrator Guide, page 36 (http://public.dhe.ibm.com/software/data ... 1_turb.pdf).

im going to ask to IBM Support

Thanks people

Recently being almost three months ago, but yes, you're right. The thread in question pointed to this statement by IBM that
Problem(Abstract)
TM1RunTI.exe is refered to in the Cognos Express release notes and tm1_turm.pdf but not included in the install files.

Cause
This is a documentation error. TM1RunT1 is not included with Cognos Express.
The documentation is being amended.
(Though clearly "is being" is a laid back version of the verb since the page was put up in June.)

This is brain-dead. There has been a stack of applications written which do this very thing (and do it as well or possibly better) through the API over the years. There's even a feature in TM1 Tools that runs a chore. I can't for the life of me imagine why IBM should choose to withhold what is a pretty basic piece of functionality. They're not even selling it as an add-on, they just seem to be saying "nope, you don't get it 'cos we say so". Doesn't benefit them, certainly doesn't benefit the customer.
