TM1 Web Application Issue

Hi,

I´m working with TM1 9.5.2. I have the next issue.

When some users login into TM1 Web, they can´t see tha Application bar. But if they login with Architect they can see Application, and they can open the views without problem.

If I join only to the one group of these users, I can see the Application bar, and the views.

Any ideas?

Are they not seeing the navigation pane in TM1Web? If this is the case you should have a look at the Client Settings, which can be reached by right-clicking the server icon in Server Explorer, selecting Security->Client/Groups, selecting the problem user and clicking the Settings button. This will open the Client Settings dialog in which you can change the settings for a.o. the Navigation Pane.

here you will also find the TM1 web user guide for TM1 10.1

In this guide you will also find other parameters to configure the TM1 Web Homepage.
You can also create Homepages for different users.
