Cognos Express Backup Intermittent Failure

I have scheduled the backup of Cognos Express via an XML file (schedule.xml). Each day the backup occurs. Whilst most days the backup occurs without error, some days the attached error occurs, unable to stop the admin server service.

Has anyone experienced something similar before?

Did you manage to fix this Dan,
I seem to have the same issue in CE10.1 but it used to work fine in CE 9.5

Hey.. Do you have any scheduled chores in TM1 around the same time?

Found the fix to my issue was that I was using different system accounts to run the CE services.
This was due to AD /SSO setup.
This meant that the IBM Cognos Analytic Server Admin Service also needed to be set to the same AD account to run as.

Thanks for the suggestion Tushar, I did try this too.
